am writing you this note for two reasons. 1.) We
would like to know what paperwork we need to the tax
credits, and 2.) To let you know what great job your
team did with the central AC installation. Larry is
one of the hardest, diligient, and most dedicated
workers I have ever seen. I am an HR Director and
interview/hire people on a daily basis and he was
really one of the most dedicated and caring people I
have seen in a very long time about his job. He was
here every morning before 7 and most nights he
didn't leave until 7. The end of the project the
electrician did not finish part of the job for the
wiring, and Larry stayed for an extra two hours to
make sure it was done, and done correctly. He then
walked my husband thru everything and showed him how

I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a
wonderful asset Guy is to your team. He finally
figured out what was wrong with my humidifier
(after 4 years of issues), ordered the parts and
spent Wednesday morning replacing and rebuilding. I
now have moisture in the air and "on my windows". I
have not woken up with a sinus head ache since. He
went about his business with a smile and even picked
up after himself. He is a real pleasure.
One of the most important things to me was, he
didn't talk down to me. He didn't make me feel
stupid because I didn't completely understand the
technical jargon. He made sure that he showed me
everything he did and helped me understand how it
all worked together. This is a very special quality
in a service person. I wish all service people were
like him.

My name is Karen and I purchased a condo in the
Charleston Lofts in Everett, MA about 2 years ago.
Your company installed the HVAC units in our
building when it was renovated a few years ago.
August 2008 the HVAC system shut down in my unit. I
contacted your organization to help fix the issue
and had some initial concerns with the service
received on a first visit from one of your
technicians. I contacted your company and spoke with
Mary. Mary ensured I had a technician sent out
immediately that was professional and could fix the
issue. She was kind and sympathetic to the issue –
and made me feel 100% comfortable that your company
would ensure the situation was taken care of
appropriately. Two days ago the unit again stopped
working. I remembered Mary and called her this
afternoon. I am sure she works with a ton of people,
even so, she remembered me and the issue from 6
months ago – and immediately set up a time for the
same technician to come out to check my place
tomorrow morning (she even offered today to get me
help!). She is always pleasant, helpful and
extremely professional. I manage staffing for a
large company and I know it is hard to find people
that are great at servicing clients and being
efficient and putting them at ease over the phone. I
thought you should know that you have a great
employee.
